Northwest Territories gets a new fire marshal

Jan. 12, 2o23, Yellowknife, N.W.T. – Craig Halifax, a former Yellowknife firefighter, took on the role of fire marshal a month ago. He was born and raised in the N.W.T., joining Yellowknife’s fire hall in 1999, and returns to the territory having spent the past 14 years in Alberta. He served for almost a decade as the fire chief in Kananaskis, west of Calgary. Cabin Radio reports. | READ MORE
